Harmony Care Solutions is a Virginia-based care coordination and service facilitation business serving Richmond and surrounding counties. We support individuals, families, and caregivers by helping them navigate Virginia Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Consumer Directed (CD) Waiver Services, while also providing compassionate community resource navigation.
Our work focuses on reducing stress, improving access to services, and promoting stability, independence, and overall well-being. We help clients understand their options, connect to available supports, and move forward with confidence.
